Stephen Fountain, Vice President

Stephen attended Solano Community College in Fairfield, CA where he earned his Associates of Arts Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Adolescence Development Teen Crises. He is also a graduate of Patten University with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology and a minor in Biblical Studies. Stephen has a heart to help, and he specifically wants to be able to imbrue people with the drive needed to be impactful in their communities while being positive.

He looks forward to working with people and he certainly looks forward to being an impact to others. He is an ordained minister that enjoys helping others and being an impact in the lives of others.

Annette Jenkins, Secretary

Annette is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently in the role as a Sr. HR Generalist with the Jewish Senior Living Group (JSLG) in San Francisco.  She conducts claim investigations for workplace injuries, to include case file management and COVID19 SB1159 reporting and contact tracing.  During the duration of claims, she maintains contact with health care providers, insurance adjustors and injured employees.  In addition, she has experience with Cal-OSHA audits and coordinating communication with appropriate department heads. Annette handles all aspects of leave of absence administration, and she also provides training for New Hire Orientation in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program and Workplace Violence.

Dr. Jessica Gipson, Board Member

Dr. Jessica Gipson completed her B.A. in Psychology at San Jose State University and continued her graduate studies and training at the Adler University in Chicago, IL. During her schooling, she worked as an infant to Pre-K substitute and received over 5 years of childcare experience. Dr. Gipson completed her predoctoral internship at Kaiser Permanente in Walnut Creek, CA, where she worked in Chemical Dependency and Mental Health. She completed her Post-Doctoral Residency at the Kern AES Center via Wellpath Recovery Systems in Bakersfield, CA, where she worked in a jail-based competency to stand trial program. Currently, Dr. Gipson works for the Department of State Hospitals-Napa, as a unit psychologist, running psychoeducational groups on a geriatric unit. She is committed to her passions in the field of forensic psychology and positively influencing the mental health of patients/inmates/clients she encounters.

Brian White, Board Member

Minister Brian White, born and raised in the beautiful city of Vallejo ca, has always, since an early age, had a heart for the less fortunate and helping to meet the needs of those in his community. 

Brian is married to his beautiful wife Erica of 8yrs, and they have 4 daughters, Aniyah, Brea, Jayla and Azaria. In 2013 Brian was called to the ministry to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and has since served faithfully as an associate minister at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church in Vallejo. 

Minister White has helped to serve in various community outreach events such as youth mentoring programs, homeless outreach and prison ministry. His heart’s desire is to see his community transformed in a positive way, and to help those who stand in need by displaying the love of God.
